At Harmonious Living Chiropractic: Fitness & Wellness Center all patients are seen by appointment.

We welcome people of all ages to our office. Parents (or legal guardians) must remain with their child(rent) at all times while in the office. To reduce wait times and to allow appropriate time with the chiropractor, we do not accept walk-ins.

  • Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

New Patient Appointments

Most new patient appointments take between 30-60 minutes.

When scheduling your new patient appointment, be sure to allow enough time for you to complete all necessary paperwork (estimated 10 minutes to complete).

Bring the following items for your New Patient Appointment at our office:

  • Photo ID
  • Insurance Card (or Information)
  • Co-payment (if you do not know your co-payment amount we will collect $25 until your insurance can be verified. View Payment Options.
  • Any medical records (including images such as MRI, and x-ray) you would like the chiropractor to review
  • Questions you may have for the doctor
  • If you would like to bring someone with you to your appointment, call us to see if it is “okay.”

Follow-Up Appointments

Most follow-up appointments can last between 10-30 minutes.

When scheduling your follow-up appointments, be sure to allow enough time for you to receive the treatment and care recommended by our chiropractor.

  • Running Late: If you are running late to your appointment, call the office at 410-513-9149 and let us know. We give patients a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 15-minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule you for another date.
  • Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments: If you would like to reschedule or cancel an appointment, call the office at 410-513-9149 within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to avoid the “No-Show” fee.”
  • No-Show Fee: If you miss or do not show up for a scheduled appointment, without contacting the office, it is considered a “No-Show” and you may be charged a $25 “No-Show” fee. This fee is not covered by insurance, and if charged, it is the patient’s responsibility to pay.
