6 Steps to Receiving Better Results and Better Care:
- STEP #1: Ask questions. At any point during your time at our office, you can ask our team questions. There is no such thing as a silly question. Feel free to ask us questions about your care, what type of services you are receiving, why you are receiving these services, other treatment options, cost of care, etc.
- STEP #2: Begin or Resume Treatment: There are times when you have to cancel or miss an appointment, we understand, at times situations happen that are unavoidable. However, missing too many appointments can negatively impact your progress and health. Our chiropractors create a customized treatment plan that will give you the best results. Each visit builds upon the next. Therefore, being present and an active participant in your healthcare, will oftentimes give you better healthcare experiences and better care.
- STEP #3: Come Prepared for Your Appointment. During your follow-up visits, we ask that patients come dressed in comfortable clothing and prepared to receive care. If we cannot access the area(s) being treated, we cannot treat it. You may be asked to wear a patient gown; or bring a change of clothing with you (to change, if necessary).
- STEP #4: Communicate with your Chiropractor. If you are unsure about something, ask questions. Our chiropractors are here to help you. If you don’t understand something, ask. Oftentimes, miscommunication is the reason why people stop seeking help.
- STEP #5: Be Proactive in Your Care. Don’t wait too long between visits to receive chiropractic care, if you just beginning treatment or if you experience worsening of your symptoms.
- STEP #6: Learn More About Chiropractic Care. View our videos to learn how chiropractic care may help with many conditions such as muscle strain, back pain, neck pain, auto accident injuries, sports injuries, and more!
