Payment Options
At Harmonious Living Chiropractic: Fitness & Wellness Center, we believe that everyone has a right to quality chiropractic care treatment, regardless of their socioeconomic status. For this reason, we work with patients with various budgets to determine the best financial option for paying for care.
Health Insurance
Using your health insurance can save money on chiropractic care and physical therapy services offered at our offices. Be sure to check with your health insurance carrier to determine if you have chiropractic benefits; and if our provider is an in-network (or participating provider) with your insurance carrier.
- Step 1: Contact your health insurance carrier to determine if you have chiropractic benefits.
- Step 2: Ask your insurance carrier if you need either a pre-authorization or a referral to be seen by a chiropractor. If your health insurance carrier requires pre-authorization or a referral prior to receiving chiropractic care, then you need to consult with your primary care physician.
- Step 3: Request an appointment with our chiropractor. We will collect your insurance information and conduct a verification of insurance benefits to see what services may or may not be covered by your insurance carrier.
Our chiropractors are currently in-network (e.g. participating providers) with the following health insurance companies:
- CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield (all plans)
*If you do not see your health insurance, contact your carrier to see if you have out-of-network benefits. In addition, our chiropractors are participating network providers with ChiroHealthUSA, a “…plan (The Plan) provides discounts only on chiropractic services offered by providers who have agreed to participate in The Plan.” For more information about ChiroHealthUSA, view their website.
