During Your Telehealth Appointment
The doctor will review your history, discuss your progress, and make recommendations regarding your care.
After Your Telehealth Appointment
The doctor will send a summary of the visit that will be available in the patient portal online.
Who’s Eligible for Telehealth Appointments?
Telehealth Appointments are reserved for current patients only. If you are a new patient, you must have an in-person evaluation first.
How to Prepare for Telehealth Appointment?
After you have booked the Telehealth Appointment, read and sign our “Consent to Telehealth Appointment” form will be sent to you via email shortly after you booked the Telehealth Appointment.
Are Telehealth Appointments Covered by my insurance?
Check with your insurance company to determine if telehealth visits from a chiropractor is covered by your insurance plan. We recommend that you check with your insurance before booking a Telehealth appointment.
